In addition to acting on the actual purchases of properties by landlords we also advise both landlords and tenants on the grant of the various different forms of tenancy agreements and issues arising during the term of and on termination of those tenancies.

While letting agents often prepare tenancy agreements they tend to use standard forms which are not always technically correct and in relation to leasehold properties can lead to you being in breach of your lease. We are happy either to advise on the terms of your letting agents agreement or to prepare a bespoke agreement for your particular property.
