Client feedback is extremely important to us and our feedback form has been designed to be quick to complete but at the same time ensure issues are brought to the surface.  You can see the latest version by clicking here.  The proportion of clients stating they are satisfied or very satisfied is extremely high but we continue to look for ways we can improve. Of those who replied, 95% say they would recommend us to others.
